You will shortly be asked to complete an application form. This should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please be advised that as part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- A passport size photograph
- Proof of your National Insurance Number
Due to government regulations we cannot accept applications from people with temporary National Insurance numbers.
You will also be asked to provide ONE of the following set of documents:
- A Passport, including any Endorsements / Home Office Stamps / Visas / Work Permits
- A UK Residence Permit
- An IND Application Registration Card
- A Birth Certificate (describing holder as a British Citizen)
- A Certificate of Registration / Naturalisation as a British Citizen
- A letter from the Home Office outlining your Work Status
- A Work Permit issued by Work Permits UK
As such, please ensure that you will be able to submit the relevant documents before proceeding with your application.
We will not be able to proceed with your application, without the above mentioned documents.
